Dear Kinzi, I hope you are in good health. I just wanted to bring into your kind attention once again that the proposal acceptance letter that has been sent to me is not clear at all. If you have access to the letter you can view it yourself. Therefore my request is to upload or send a new one so I can request my finance department to send the registration fee to you people for the conference.
