A Grounded Theory on Creativity, Collaboration, and Innovatio ...
Abstract
Innovation, creativity, and collaboration in preschool education are significant factors in shaping children’s educational experiences. By reviewing these specific concepts, this study aims to provide a theoretical basis for their implementation in early learning environments. The purpose of the study is to combine these concepts into a unified framework and propose practical applications for their implementation in practice. A qualitative research design using the Grounded theory method was applied to conduct this literature review. Review articles written in English were entered into the Atlas.ti.24 software, where a comprehensive study and analysis of their content were conducted. A total of twenty-seven review articles were required to achieve theoretical saturation. In these articles, eighty-three codes were coded, which were grouped into thirteen categories. The findings show that innovation, creativity, and collaboration are interrelated. They are essential for promoting an educational environment helpful to the holistic development of preschool children. The proposed framework has significant potential to reshape preschool education globally, ensuring that children are well equipped to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century.
