The International Journal of Design Education sets out to understand how individuals learn the craft and mindset of today’s designer. In a rapidly changing world, effective design education must integrate diverse modes of “design thinking,” bridging theoretical reflection and hands-on practice. This journal explores teaching strategies that foster collaboration, creativity, and iterative problem-solving, equipping learners with the capacity to address complex design challenges across cultural and disciplinary boundaries.
